Learn Representation
Have any questions?
Who is the creator and owner of the Culture Unlocked Library?
Reboot Representation. We are committed to helping companies realize their most innovative potential by aggregating thoughtful and relevant content to creating and maintaining inclusive cultures.
What is the purpose of Culture Unlocked?
In 2023 with the launch of our second report, Systems Upgrade: Rebooting Corporate Policies for Impact, we heard from many HR leaders that they do not have time to read hefty reports or hunt and peck for resources. They want easily consumable information at their fingertips. Culture Unlocked serves as a convener and connector of all the great resources available online. And for free!
Who are the audiences for Culture Unlocked?
HR and People Leaders, IT leaders looking for ways to create more innovative and inclusive teams, start ups and small businesses searching for ideas on how to nurture employee engagement.
Is this a free platform?
YES! There is no charge, subscription fees or contractual commitments to access and leverage the content found on this website. We encourage you to consume this information and share with others searching for a clearinghouse of great resources.
What’s the difference between Culture Unlocked and other websites offering information about inclusion and representation, like Chezie or the ERG Movement?
Our approach is to provide those committed to innovation and representation in their workplaces a one-stop where they can quickly locate information to inform their decisions. Culture Unlocked is not meant to duplicate existing resources, but to provide free and easy access to the great resources designed by leading organizations about inclusion and belonging.
Is this resource available to students?
While the content and resources curated for this website are targeted at leaders within companies, students are welcome to peruse this content and leverage for interview questions or to determine what programs and policies matter to them in their search for opportunity.
I know of some great resources that should be included. Can I contribute?
The internet is BIG! There are many resources. If there is a great report or other resource you believe is relevant, send us a message at [link]. We’ll review and take into consideration.
May I get credits or badges for consuming this content?
Right now we are not offering this as a learning platform, but we applaud those who are consuming this content and taking steps to create great cultures! We can’t give you credit, but we are giving you a virtual clap on the back!
